Crecencia Ndlovu is a visionary property investor and the CEO of Duplex Accommodations Pvt Ltd., where she leads with a strategic focus on high-quality property management and investment. With a foundation in Early Years and Child Development, she transitioned into property investment in 2020, receiving mentorship from Assets for Life. Today, Crecencia excels in managing Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and Serviced Accommodations, bringing expertise in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and client relations to every project.
Through the Duplex Accommodations Academy, Crecencia guides aspiring investors and those seeking to expand their portfolios, sharing her insights and passion for growth. Her dedication to professional development ensures she remains at the forefront of industry trends, constantly enhancing her approach to property management and investment.
In 2023, Crecencia’s skills in hospitality were showcased on Channel 4’s Four in a Bed, where she impressed audiences with her eye for detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
