With a foundation in Early Years and Child Development, she transitioned into property investment in 2020, receiving mentorship from Assets for Life. Today, Crecencia excels in managing Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and Serviced Accommodations, bringing expertise in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and client relations to every project.
Through the Duplex Accommodations Academy, Crecencia guides aspiring investors and those seeking to expand their portfolios, sharing her insights and passion for growth. Her dedication to professional development ensures she remains at the forefront of industry trends, constantly enhancing her approach to property management and investment.
In 2023, Crecencia’s skills in hospitality were showcased on Channel 4’s Four in a Bed, where she impressed audiences with her eye for detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. Beyond her professional pursuits, she has a flair for interior design and enjoys cooking, traveling, spa treatments, and swimming. A devoted mother to her two daughters, Charlene and Adriana, Crecencia balances her career with a vibrant personal life, inspiring others with her resilience and dedication.
