We would ask guests to respect the fact that all our rooms are no-smoking rooms. We reserve the right to charge an exceptional flat-rate cleaning fee of £180 if there is smoking in the room.
Children up to age 5 spend the night free in their parents’ room. We charge $50 per night for each additional bed for children up to age 12, and $150 per night for each additional bed for children from age 13. Additional beds are only available in the hotel.

The property was clean, quiet and parking was easy. The beds were comfy and kitchen well equipped! About 25 mins into Sheffield with good transport
